This ring is designed for TRAINING purposes & to be placed inside of a discus (or shot put) ring. It allows the conversion of a discus (or shot put) ring into a smaller diameter hammer ring. This product is reasonably durable (made of fiberglass) and is manufactured by the reputable brand name company, Polanik.
outside diam. 2500 mm, inside diam. 2135 mm, fiberglass, reduces discus circle diameter to 2135 mm, 4 elements assembled together by means of a single-head feather key.
